Great news for Charleston area buyers who have not locked in a mortgage interest rate yet with their lenders.  There will be an announcement expected for tomorrow, by President Obama, to cut the rate by a half point.  That means that a $200,000 FHA mortgage will be $100 LESS per month!!  Great news, right?!
